Pine Tar

A true old-school indica known for its dense, resin-coated flowers and unmistakable earthy, pine-forward character. Pine Tar Kush delivers a classic hashy aroma layered with rich pine, damp earth, and a touch of skunky spice. The plants typically stay compact and sturdy, producing chunky, tightly packed flowers with heavy resin coverage.

History & Preservation

Pine Tar Kush traces back to a Pakistani line that was circulating in California during the 1980s. The line was eventually acquired by Thoroughbred Genetics in the mid the late 80s, where it was carefully preserved and maintained over successive generations. Through large-scale open pollination and continued selection, we have worked to preserve the distinctive old-school characteristics of this Pakistani line and keep this piece of cannabis history alive for future generations.
